Louie’s Deluxe Cajun Sour Cream Dip
Makes over 2 cups

1 cup sour cream (not fat-free)
1 cup mayonnaise (not fat-free or salad dressing)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Olde Westport Sizzlin’ Sunset Cajun Spice Blend, or to taste for more heat

Blend all ingredients in a bowl, seal and refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
