Fiesta Nacho Cheese Potato Soup
Serves 4

• 1 (14½ ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
• 1 (10¾ ounce) can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup® or Cheddar Cheese Soup
• 1 (10¾ ounce) can Campbell’s Creamy Potato Soup®
• 1 (11 ounce) can Mexicorn®, drained
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons Olde Westport Border Bandito’s Salsa Spice Blend®
• 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, lower heat, cover, simmer 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
