Yum! Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry with Angel Hair Pasta

Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry with Angel Hair Pasta Serves 4 8 ounces angel hair pasta 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon sesame oil 16 ounces of round beef roast, cut into thin strips across grain 2 large stalks broccoli, stems peeled and chopped (10 ounces frozen) 1 large onion, coarsely chopped 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in syrup, drained, reserve juice, chop 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons Olde Westport Cattlemen's Choice Beef Sauce Blend

Cook pasta to package directions, drain. While pasta is cooking, heat both oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips, cook just until browned, add broccoli, onion and pineapple chunks, cook just until crisp-tender. In a small bowl, blend pineapple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and Olde Westport Cattlemen's Choice Beef Sauce Blend until smooth. Pour pineapple-beef sauce mixture into skillet, stirring continuously until thickened. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
