Sizzlin’ Sausage and Bean Supper

Sizzlin’ Sausage and Bean Supper

Serves 4

8 oz smoked sausage (casing removed), or ham, diced
1 small onion, chopped (1 cup)
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 15-oz cans white beans, partially drained
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Olde Westport Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice Blend

In a large skillet, saute sausage, onion, celery, carrot and garlic in vegetable oil until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in partially drained beans, ketchup, brown sugar and Olde Westport Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice BlendSpoon mixture into a covered 2-quart square baking dish. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
