Sizzlin' Chicken Recipe

Try out our Sizzlin' Honey DiJon Mustard Chicken! I don't know about you, but I am a huge fan of DiJon, and adding it to fresh chicken breast makes for great flavor. The honey cuts the spice a little bit, so that this meal can work for even the most sensitive of palates! Check out this recipe from our Cajun recipe book.

Sizzlin' Honey DiJon Mustard Chicken

  • 1/4 cup DiJon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Olde Westport Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice Blend
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup dried seasoned bread crumbs

Blend together DiJon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Olde Westport Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice Blend in a large bowl. Dip chicken breasts in mustard sauce to coat. Arrange chicekn on a platter. Press dried bread crumbs on each breast with fingers. Place in refrigerator for 60 minutes. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, spray foil with vegetable oil. Arrange chicekn in baking dish, spray oil over chicken and lightly sprinkle addtional Olde Westport Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice Blend over tops. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken cooked through and bread crumbs lightly browned and crispy.
