Chile Verde Beef Casserole

Serves 6

1 1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 (8 ounce) jar LaVictoria mild green taco sauce
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped mild green chiles (1 cup)
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup
4 tablespoons Olde Westport Chile Verde Mix (from 2.75 or 22 ounce package)
1 1/2 cups crushed Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored chips
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, drain. Add onions, cook until tender. In a 2-quart saucepan, add taco sauce, green chiles, Nacho Cheese soup and Olde Westport Chile Verde Mix. Stir while bringing to a gentle boil over medium heat. Arrange chips evenly over bottom of a 7x11 inch baking dish. Spread meat and onion mixture over chips. Pour green chile sauce over meat, sprinkles with cheese. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly around edges.
