Easy, Unique Hash Brown Recipe

This recipe is simple and serves 8 with a special verde twist. Enjoy!

Green Chile Hash Browns

1 (32 ounce) bag forzen hash brown potatoes 3 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles, drained (1 1/2 cups) 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 2 cups (8 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream 4 tablespoons Olde Westport Chile Verde Mix 

Lightly oil or spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, spread frozen potatoes over bottom. In a large bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over potatoes, bake for 35-40 minutes in a 375-degree oven or until top is lightly browned.
