Creamy Green Chile Chicken Potato Soup
2 10 3/4-ounce cans cream of potato soup
1 10 3/4-ounce can Southwestern Pepper Jack Cheese Soup (Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup)
2 4-ounce cans mild diced green chiles (1 cup)
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups water
4 tablespoons Olde Westport Three Rivers Chili Verde Mix (from 2.75 or 22 ounce package)
1 13-ounce can cooked chicken breast meat, drained
Combine all ingredients into a 4 qt saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat, lower heat, cover, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
