Chipped Beef on Toast

What?! A pretty interesting name for a meal, huh? While the title may be an attention-getter, nothing will captivate you more than the taste of this recipe. You can even make it ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator. May need to thin with milk when reheating. 

Chipped Beef on Toast

3 tablespoons butter 2 (2.5-ounce) packages corned beef, chopped 2 tablespoons flour 3 tablespoons Olde Westport Cattlemen's Choice Beef Sauce Blend 3 1/4 cups milk 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 6 slices toast or biscuits

Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add corned beef, cook 1 minute. Meanwhile, blend flour, Olde Westport Cattlemen's Choice Beef Sauce Blend, and milk in a small bowl. Stir mixture into corned beef along with mushrooms. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously until thickened. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over toast, toasted English muffins or biscuits. Serves 6. Enjoy!
