Asparagus with Mustard Dressing
1 16-ounce package frozen asparagus tips; thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablepoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Olde Westport Garden Harvest Special Blend
Place asparagus in large skillet, add water just to cover. Bring to a gentle boil, lower heat and simmer 2 minutes or just until crisp tender, drain and pat dry. Arrange warm asparagus on serving platter. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic and Olde Westport Garden Harvest Special Blend. Spoon over asparagus and serve.
