7-Can Green Chile Chicken Casserole

7-Can Green Chile Chicken Casserole

Serves 6

12 6-inch corn tortillas, cut in quarters
1 10.75-oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10.75-oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10-oz can tomatoes and green chiles
2 4-oz cans diced green chiles (1 cup)
2 13-oz cans chicken breast meat, drained
1 2.75-oz package Olde Westport Chile Verde Mix (1/2 cup from 22-oz package)
3 cups (12 oz) shredded Mexiblend cheese

Cut tortillas into quarters, arrange half over bottom of an oiled 9x13 inch baking dish. Add all remaining ingredients except the cheese into a medium-size bowl, stir. Spoon half of the soup mixture over tortillas, sprinkle with half of the cheese, repeat layer. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly around edges and top lightly browned.
