Special Hash Brown Bake

Hash Brown Breakfast

Serves 6


1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
6 green onions chopped
1 (10¾ ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream (2 cups)
2 tablespoons Olde Westport Garden Harvest Special Blend®
8 ounces (2 cups) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack Cheese)


In a large bowl, mix hash browns, onions, soup, sour cream and Olde Westport Garden Harvest Special Blend®. Spoon potato mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. If you like, sprinkle Olde Westport Sizzlin’ Sunset Cajun Spice Blend® or paprika over top. Bake in a 375 degree oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
