Italian Garden Rice & Chicken Skillet Dinner
1 (14½ ounce) can chicken broth
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Olde Westport Italian Garden Pasta Shake®
1 (14½ ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup long-grain white rice (converted or regular)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, thawed if frozen
In a 12 inch sauté skillet, add chicken broth, 2 tablespoons Olde Westport Italian Garden Pasta Shake®, stewed tomatoes and rice, stir. Bring rice mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, lower heat. Arrange chicken over top of rice, sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons Olde Westport Italian Garden Pasta Shake®, cover, cook 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken cooked through.
