1 (28 ounce) can Hunt’s® Crushed Tomatoes 1 (28 ounce) can Rotel® (mild or regular) diced tomatoes With Green Chiles, partially drained 4 tablespoons Olde Westport Border Bandito’s Salsa Spice Blend® 4 tablespoons finely minced fresh cilantro 2 tabespoons lime juice (1 lime) 2 cups finely chopped onion (1 large red or white onion) ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste 2 teaspoons sugar
Combine all ingredients into a medium size bowl, stir (see Olde Bill’s Comments). Seal bowl and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Olde Bill’s Comments: I like to use my immersion blender to make a smoother texture. When you dip in your chip you’ll have all ingredients on that chip and won't fall off into your lap or in my case belly.
