Smokey Canyon Baked Pasta-Chicken Dijon

Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (10¾ ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
¼ cup 1% milk
½ red bell pepper, diced (½ cup)
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 to 3 teaspoons Olde Westport Smokey Canyon Mesquite Grille Seasoning®, or to taste
2 green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Prepare pasta to package directions, drain well. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, cook in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or just until no pinkness present when checked with a knife at thickest part. Remove chicken and cut into large bite-size pieces. In same baking dish, combine pasta and chicken. In a bowl, blend chicken soup, milk, bell pepper, mustard, Olde Westport Smokey Canyon Mesquite Grille Seasoning® and onion. Spoon mixture over top pasta in baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil, bake 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
