Gold Coast Ham & Broccoli Pasta

Serves 4


8 ounces pasta (tricolored bowtie or radiatore, etc.)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
8 ounces smoked ham, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (10¾ ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk (1½ cups milk)
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2½ teaspoons Olde Westport Gold Coast Garlic Shake®, or to taste
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add green pepper and onion, cook until tender. Add ham and broccoli, cook 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add hot cooked pasta, stir. Bring to a gentle boil, lower heat, simmer 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
