Party-Time Chipotle Chili Cheese Ball



2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
4 tablespoons mayonnaise (not fat-free)
2 tablespoons Prairie Fire Chipotle Pepper Blend®
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can mild diced green chiles
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
1 green onion, finely chopped


Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place cheese on sheet of wax paper and form into a ball. Wrap cheese ball and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers or use as spread on bagels or English muffins.
