Easy Slow Cooker Chili Verde

Serves 6

1 boneless pork shoulder roast (4 to 5 pounds), well trimmed and cut into one inch pieces
1 (28 ounce) can LasPalmas® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
1 (10 ounce) can RoTel® Dice Tomatoes With Green Chiles
1 (8 ounce) bottle La Victoria® Salsa Verde (1 cup) or (7 ounce can Herdez® Salsa Verde)
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 (2.75 ounce) package Olde Westport Spice Chili Verde Mix® (½ cup from 22 ounce package)
3 cups hot cooked rice
Sour cream, optional


In a 5 quart slow cooker, combine pork, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, salsa Verde, green chiles, and Olde Westport Spice Chili Verde Mix®. Cook, covered, on low 5 to 6 hours or until pork is tender. Serve with rice and top with sour cream.
