Southwestern Tater Tot Bowl

Serves 6


1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
4 tablespoons Olde Westport Championship Chili Spice Blend®
1½ cups (12 ounces) shredded Mexican blend cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 (2.25 ounce) can slice black olives, drained
6 tablespoons sour cream, or as desired


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until browned and very crisp (adds more flavor), stirring once halfway through bake time. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pinkness visible. Stir in tomatoes, Olde Westport Championship Chili Spice Blend®, cook 2 minutes or until almost dry. Spoon crisp tater tots into 6 individual bowls, top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, sliced green onions, olives and top with sour cream, serve.
