Chili McRoni

Olde Westport Chili McRoni

Serves 6


16 ounces 93% lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (½ cup)
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (½ cup)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (14½ ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1½ cups water
5 tablespoons Olde Westport Championship Chili Spice Mix®
1¼ cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained


In a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, drain. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic, cook until tender. Stir in both tomatoes, water, Olde Westport Championship Chili Spice Mix®, macaroni and corn. Bring mixture to a gentle boil, lower heat, cover, simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender but not mushy.
