Oriental Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1½ pounds sirloin steak, trimmed weight
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 medium onion, cut in 8 wedges
1 bunch green onions, cut into 1 inch slices
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) package Chinese (Oriental) stir-fry vegetables, thawed
½ cup water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons Olde Westport Cattlemen’s Choice Beef Sauce Blend®
3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:

Trim all fat from steak and slice into ¼ inch strips. Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Stir fry meat 2 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Combine water, soy sauce, ginger and Olde Westport Cattlemen’s Choice Beef Sauce Blend® in a cup. Add to vegetables stirring until thickened. Remove and serve over hot cooked rice.
